Stand Alone Character Creator and Barbershop?

Would Paradox be interested in packaging and selling the character creator and barbershop as a standalone product?

In addition to Crusader Kings III, I play a lot of tabletop role playing games. I would LOVE to have a standalone character creator like CK3's to generate names, character portraits, and coats of arms.

Paradox has already done the heavy lifting, and modding could cover just about every tabletop rpg system.

If that's not something Paradox is interested in doing, is there a mod that could do the same thing?

They could port it to mobile so you can make character portraits on the go and copy their genetic code.

I'd pay $5 for an accompany app that lets me scroll through menus in real time. That'd be so cool for searching characters.
