out coz i got mad at the game coz i lost to some natives :/ ) . But my point is that i was in war for 25+ years and there were no penalty for being at war for so long time and nothing happens in the war the only penalty i had was 0.09 war exhaustion each month (and that was not a problem i
could easily buy it down) So my suggestion is that there should be a penalty for stalling wars for a long time coz nothing happend in the war for
many years.
