Staff of Hours governed by Control Lightning?

Is that accurate or a bug?

I hate to insinuate that any item would be *intended* for a specific party member, but erm...Lantry?

Hello @HyphenC,

Thank you for bringing this up. Currently, this is accurate. The staff should be governed by the Control Lightning skill, and the staff should do lightning damage; however I will pass this on as feedback to the systems team.
