Hello. I'm playing as Dacia and the "Disappointed" event keeps happening to me: some clan chiefs is upset because none of his family member "has been appointed to an important position in the tribe". This is decreasing my stability by 1. What kind of position they want?
Thanks.

Anything really, even just the minor title of bodyguard will do, unless the clan chief is the only one of that family (it is the last name that is important, so just look at unemployed characters ordered by that, if there is an unemployed clan chief then someone in that family need a job) then the easiest thing is probably just to make him general over an army consisting of one unit of militia.

Just one member of the family will do, wether the clan chief or someone else does not matter (except if the job is bodyguard, it will have no effect with regards to the event when given to the actual clan chief). A magistrate job works fine, governor would also work if there are any regions that need one.
