The negative revolt risk would work too, though it seems somewhat less gratifying to me.

But i do have to agree with some of the others that this isn't a vital it-must-be-changed kind of thing, it'd just be a pleasant little addition.
Yep your right about that but we're starting to run out of big problems that can be fixed so I though I'd get a jump on additions. Your also right that the inflation bonus would be helpful for smaller countries and for premayor Times too. Maybe make it a Random neg inflation or neg revoltrisk bonus. They both kinda make sense that they would go along with super Stable times. Anyway just an idea to make the game more fun and that's what it's all about right.:)
