anybody? it says i need to fond agency? howdo i do that? i go to my site and push invest in agencybut it doesnt help. other than that i LOVE the game!!!

Playing DH + IC i am sovjet, want to send spy to UK, but i get message either i can press auto send, or it says you need to fund\fond agency before i can send spy there is no "send spy" button that have been in every other HOI game i have played
There are no spied in Darkest Hour (and in Armageddon 1.3). You have to do what the game "says" - increase your intelligence network, which will increase your mission chances.
