SPQR event did not give Achivement

Hi guys,

I got the SPQR event yesterday (reclaimed all the old borders), but for some reason the achivement on steam didnt fire.

Did you change anything in this that affects the achviement not to fire?

Like all achievements this one requires you play in Ironman mode, and not have used Ruler Designer. I'm not aware of any other issue that would prevent you from getting it. Plenty of people have earned it, so we know it is possible and not bugged.
