Spoonist´s Victoria Event Builder

This is a program that let's you program events by using dropdownmenus and comboboxes. Especially nice for all modders who are creating a lots of events, but also useful for newbie modders who have problems getting a correct syntax.

We are now close to end the beta period.

It's still a beta since so far not a lot of people have tested it, but all the functionality is in there.
