“Focus equals Quality” and DAMN there’s a helluva lot of the highest-quality storytelling, animations and game design in HEAVY METAL!
Well done Team HBS, well done.

I love this thread. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and keeping spoilers hidden. There are no post-mini-campaign Events. We just didn't have time for any and don't expect one in the future (wearing my loving but firm producer hat here).
don't spoil don't arggg! It's not easy ya know just giving a tantalizing hint with out actually saying.
Also umm in one of the HM story line quests Sumair references a previous meeting/encounter with black widow.. I don't recall that.. we supposed to have an encounter with the widow and/or the bounty hunter before we hit that point?
You may want to take a look at BSK-M3 then. It has no Thumper on it and can be found free-ranging during missions or on BM.-Bull Shark has a Wolverine logo on it? Yeah, we know what that means even if the characters don't. No wonder Natasha is so peeved. It's thinner front to back than the art had me thinking. I can see some resemblance to the Warhawk, Supernova, etc. line of Mechs. The Thumper, however, does not show up visibly in the MechLab? Unfortunately, the Thumper is Hard-locked, which meand that the BSK-MAZ has to have other weapons systems stripped off to bump its armor up. I'd really like to take the Thumper off and put in a Heat Exchanger and more HS instead.
Is this all only in Career mode?
It is my understanding that just like all the current FLASHPOINTS, in due course the HEAVY METAL Mini-Campaign will be available to all gamers who finish the Aurigan Restoration Campaign. In Campaign, the first FP which is supposed to be "Prototype", only shows up after the last story mission, so the odds are low that anyone has gotten that far in a new Campaign yet.
Also, I haven't seen anything so far that states the HM FP is Career-only.

As I recall, this next pause... basically between Acts 2 and 3 of the Mini-Campaign was much longer for me than the previous break in the action.I seem to be lost. I have been beaten to the stash of equipment by the professional and we talked and he gave me some crates of trash. nothing else has happen months in game time.
Yeah, I have some flashpoint campaign way down south. Only issue? I have no lights lol. Given the whole 'assaults only' now, I cant find any. I need to find me a pack of Panthers or something.
@ronhatch and @Leraje_ ran down some of the specifics for the BULL SHARK. Apparently...After some thought, i believe the Bull Shark, despite being Clan made, was built with SLDF tech.
It doesn´t seems to be more advanced than an Atlas II, and a Clantech 95t would be obviously superior.
It would have to predate the oldest Clantech mech in Sarna.net by at least 5 years to be built before its makers demise.
And its already a stretch Black Marketeers being able to reproduce SLDF tech mechs (but i reason the Baumann only a have a limited hand-built production and got contacts with places like NAIS for the know-how) , so it goes all the way into unbelievable that before Helm a IS organization would be able to replicate Clantech.
No worries, then; a lance of mediums will do the trick. But, if you really want to collect some lights, it's just a matter of setting the filter of difficulty to a single skull and using your best mechwarriors to either headshot or knockdown or leg any light mechs you be interested in.
Unless you set your OpFor for the strongest, in which case it might be best to look for any contracts on a single half-skull difficulty.
