(SPOILERS!) Fall of Berlin (and other geographically specific events)

Ok, So I was watching last week's WWW out of boredom and I decided to fully read the event involving the single battalion of American paratroopers capturing Berlin leading to the horribly inappropriately named "Fall of Berlin". Now, just ignoring everything ridiculous about what happened in the WWW specifically (which I am personally not against, I like the ability to do something funny like that if the enemy is not paying attention), and to get back to topic, I was reading the event and it was themed towards the United States storming Berlin. Historically we all know that the Russians stormed Berlin, but since now it was the Americans, we got to read about how the "Stars and Stripes flew over the Reichstag" and things of that nature.

Now, I expect a Soviet-themed event for when the Soviets storm Berlin, but it got me thinking: Will it be like this for at least every other major? Like, for the most ridiculous scenario as an example, Japan were to be at war with Germany, and Germany sucks it up enough for Japan to land troops onto German soil and capture Berlin, would we get an event that said something along the lines of the Flag of the Rising Sun flying over the Reichstag? Can the Fascisti Italian Flag fly over the White-house? Can General Zhukov have his photograph taken with Emperor Hirohito after storming Kyoto? Can we see "God Save the King, the Kremlin has Fallen" when Ol'Blighty defeats the USSR? Can the British King and Queen be abdicated by the the Bastion of Freedom (America) after a successful War Plan Red?

What I think it is the following:
Paradox have implemented an event that has something along the way of this
City that has been captured has fallen to our enemies of country tag owner and now we must struggle to take back control of City that has been captured from country tag owner. This is just my guess or maybe they really do have events for each nation.

Yeah I know it was its just that I didn't want to write all that down.

It wouldn't surprise me if one of the files had a list of patriotic symbols for each nation. Sort of like how CK2 has names for scriptures, god(s)/saints and demons for each of the religions to fill into events (e.g. when you suspect a child of being actually the son of the devil, it will use the religion-appropriate name for the devil).

But I also wouldn't be at all surprised if there were custom versions for a few of the more common iterations (and UK/US/USSR taking Berlin should all be fairly common).
