The Trial of the Archons event never kicked in for me on act 3. When I go to Tunon, he skips directly to the Fatebinder's Trial. I waited until the end, when he pledged fealty to the fatebinder, but nothing happened. Here are all the major steps I made when I started the third act:

- Convinced Bleden Mark to duel the Fatebinder, then killed him.
- Confronted Graven Ashe, but ended up accepting his proposal on killing The Voices of Nerat. Didn't go through with it yet.
- When I enter Tunon's Court, the representatives from both factions approach the podium, but immediately returns to their posts.

Perhaps I missed something, or one of my decisions triggered this outcome?

If you need any more information, i'll be happy to help.

Not 100% on this, but if you want to convict any of the Archons you should make your case in Tunon's court before you start killing them. No point in convicting a cadaver, after all :)

Yes, but I only killed Bleden Mark. He wasn't on trial. Maybe just the fact that I accepted Graven Ashe request triggered this?

EDIT: Went to a previous save, before killing Bleden Mark, and the Trial of the Archons went ahead as it was supposed to. I still think its a glitch, since killing Bleden Mark has no interference on the quest, I believe.

I suppose it is possible. If you go to Tunon first and put the Archons on trial

... it is Tunon who will order to kill the one found guilty. If you've already agreed to kill Nerat for Ashe, I suppose the basis for a fair trial aren't there anymore.
