So, as Shae Mara in the Syndicate campaign I sided with the Dvar Juriy against Amazon Zarai. In the final mission (which I played as Assembly) I then find Shae allied with Zarai against Juriy...
That tells me it probably doesn't make a lot of sense to try to force the leaders into any path. Either it is predetermined or something is bugged.

Hi Mzimoxs, this sounds like there may be indeed something bugged or not properly set up. The choices from the end of the Syndicate campaign should be reflected in the Final Mission. I will be taking a look at the problem and may come back to you if I need a save game. ;)

At the start of the final mission, you get a choice wich side to support with a difficulty assesment. Does this asssesment change based on how the campaign went? (very core or camina sided?) Or is it fixed, even if the reality might be very different?

It is an estimate based on the actual number of players in each team, so yes, it does adjust to different campaign playthroughs ;)

I investigated the problem with the Syndicate never joining CORE and there was indeed a wrong alias somewhere in one of the scripts. It's a shame that this somehow slipped past all testing, but now the problem is fixed and with the next big patch it will finally be possible to get Shae Mara on CORE's side in the final mission ;)

As for the Kir'Ko and the Amazon, they were never supposed to be able to join CORE and the Empress respectively. The same is true for the Assembly and Carminia. However joining CORE when playing the Amazon campaign is a valid option, just a more hidden and difficult one to achieve. I hope that clarifies things.
