Splittins pops

I have farmers that have reached 100,000 pop, but they are not splitting. I read they should be split in to two units with 75,000 and 25,000. Do I have to do anything myself to achieve this split?

No it's automatic. What version of the game are you playing?

I do not have 1.4. Im going to install it now, maybe that will help?

Aha, so you're playing 1.01 perhaps? In the early version POPs did not split at 100k, they just spawned a new small POP containing the surplus population.

I have installed 1.4 now so hopefully it will work as it should now.
