Hello everyone,

checking the wiki about different spiritualist government (something I'm very interested into), I found the following possibilities:

Divine Mandate
· Slavery Tolerance:+50%
· Resettlement Cost:-15%
· Can build a mausoleum, which grants-10% ethics divergence on the planet on which it is built.

This government is a spiritualistic form of autocracy, where the ruler is treated as a divine symbol. Organized religion is widely employed in support of the state apparatus.

Ruler: Archprophet

Theocratic Oligarchy
· Ethics Divergence: -10%

Ruler: Inquisitor

Theocratic Republic
· Ethics Divergence:-10%

Ruler: ?

As I hope it is clear, the focus of the spiritualist governments lay in a less moral drift (which is all and good: mainly I would like to play a very united kin and spiritualism allow me to do so. Psionics are a sweet bonus, but just a consequence). it seems though that the flavor stays the same between all three different choices: and with elections in theocratic republic happening more often (as we know, this mean less experience for leaders), who in his/her right mind, would pick Theocratic Republic over Theocratic Oligarchy? It seems something is missing.

I care very little for Slavery Tolerance, because I aim to free slaves, not promoting slavery, and also the -10% to Ethic Divergence is a passive bonus in Oligarchy and Republic (meaning I don't have to build a mausoleum to have it)...
Also, the Advanced Government for Theocratic Oligarchy and Republic is still uknown: it would be nice to have some variety I would say, as it has been done for the other form of governments.
One possible focus of spiritualism is frugality, so I was thinking maybe a positive bonus in maintenance costs/ more core planets for the Oligarchy and a global bonus to happiness for the republic.

I would say they are believable and coherent choices with the background showed until now...

We saw these governments bonuses before they went into the stage in development where you actually balance things.

Heck, we've seen Divine Mandate change from [+50% Slavery Tolerance, +50% War Tolerance] to [+50% Slavery Tolerance, -15% Resettlement Cost].

I wouldn't worry about it too much until we see the actual release values and bonuses.

True that, I'm just curious because we know almost everything about the other form of governments. Psionics are hot potatoes and we know very little about for the moment...

It's always good to have a mystery. I just hope my favorite form of government stays something I'm excited to play...
I think I'll always want to be God Emperor though, so no logical change they could make to the gov. would deter me.
