Spire Materials visually missing from Inventory

I have started a new game after the recent 1.1.0 update. I have noticed that I can no longer see spire materials when looking at Inventory Tab. It also cannot be seen when I open the Stash Window>Spire Tab. However, they do show up in the Spire Tab. I am still able to forge items as I still have the materials, they just don't show up "physically" in my inventory.

Further inspection show that I happen to have 1 piece of Hide in my Inventory but I actually have 7 pieces as shown in the Spire tab. I can sell that 1 piece because I can interact with it but the other 6 are out of reach.

Further digging, I noticed that this occurs when looting. As I click on a crate/corpse, the Loot window opens up. If I click "Add All to Stash", the spire materials "disappear". However, If I drag and drop the materials individually to a party member's inventory, it stays. I have managed to do so with a random iron ingot from Rust Canyons.

I had a similar issue. I was able to observe separate stacks containing the "missing" items in the everything tab of the stash and manually drag them to fix the issue. I don't think it happened again after manually fixing it. I probably should have reported it myself but it was so minor and I fixed it so it slipped my mind.

Sorry that actual quantities don't appear to be displaying in your inventory, and a huge thank you for providing all your files! That's a huge help. Ill get this issue to the devs to see if a fix can be made with it.

I have discovered another visual bug. On the icons on top (Inventory, Character, Talents and so on), It uses a corner triangle to signify that there are new items, updates, entries, etc. to the respective tabs. The Journal tab, whenever it updates AND it is read, the yellow triangle doesn't disappear. The bug seems very minor; quests entries have been updating regularly as I encounter them. The Journal tab remains perpetually "Unread" despite new entries being perused.

Save files above have the issue described.
