Doing my long term Historical game against the Allies with Italy, Hungary and Bulgaria as my allies. I went for a 6 monthish delay on the war against the allies as I formed a Collaboration government in Poland and France. I then did one in the Soviet Union and finally capitulated them in July of 1944. I was running on Service by Requirement during my run against the Soviets because I was consistently taking Naval Invasiosn from the USA and Britain in Normandy over the course of two years when Soviet Union declared war on Hungary who owned the Romanian lands.

I switched down to Limited immediatly after the peace conference and before you get the option for the collaboration government and this is my manpower on Limited Conscription.

The Collaboration governments in the high manpower areas like China, Raj and the Soviets are fantastic. They really save your butt when you need them too.

I am now preparing the Plan Z for a Naval invasion of the UK hopefully around 1950 and get the USA invasion of 1952.

I wish collaborationist governments can have the base tag’s leader of an opposition party (as opposed to generating a random leader) if you make a collaborationist government while at war. That way Wang Jingwei’s regime could be modelled

Oh I never make the collaboration governments actually spawn. I just do it for the compliance so the manpower is instantly there. I hate puppeting countries cause the manpower is better off in my country
