Okay, so, I've got several questions. Basically I'm starting work on a mod(I will announce when I've got a significant amount of work done on it and not before) where I need to mess with a lot of new countries/rename many current countries.
So basically I'm wondering what tags I can use and whether I can reuse tags for other countries, or create new tags.
As an example, let's say I want to create a nation called the United Socialist States of America. Could I reuse the tag USA for this? If so, where would I rename the country in the files?
Or, let's say I want to make a nation that doesn't exist, but would, say, use the tags UGS. Could I create those tags in the game, or are the tags hardcoded?
And finally, could I take the various nations that were tossed in Armageddon to be released as what have you (Such as Northern Ireland, Upper Volta, ect) and use their tags? If not, where is a list of the free available tags?
