The 'Court Chaplain' position was, of course, originally devised as a spiritual advisor for a playable secular ruler. But personally I feel that the standard titles sound a bit off when referring to a ruler who is already a religious power as well as a temporal one. A Prince-Bishop hardly needs a singular 'court chaplain', and a Fylkja may well be enough versed in seidr she doesn't need a dedicated court seer.
Of course, such figures are likely to surround themselves with their peers and others in their field, and the Learning councillor is important gameplay-wise, so I'm not suggesting any major change. Just that if a ruler is theocratic or a religious head, the councillor should get an altered name, to imply they're more of a deputy or agent of their will enacting the ruler's religious authority, rather than their personal expert on spiritual matters.
(I'm not 100% on how this would apply to a Caliph; if it wouldn't, then despite my mention of the Fylkirate above, it would be simple to say 'but only to religious heads who aren't of the Temporal type')
