It appears to me that the tooltip listing the bonus your buildings give is somehow wrong.
The tooltip states the bonus the buildings give which is then divided by the number of units benefiting.
However, the 2 numbers seem to be upside-down. Are you sure it's supposed to go that way? Theoretically the divided bonus should be LESS than the total bonus but it seems the other way around to me, at least the way it's currently written in the tooltip (military tab). Either something's up or the tooltip is not so clear.
