Spawned units from race buildings doesn´t get the cities boost to units

Because i don´t know if it is intended or not i post this as a normal thread. The spawned animals from the Amazone race building doesn´t have the bonuses from my city where they spwan, which makes them kinda useless and a waste of upkeep money. The NPC-bought units also started without the buff what made them pretty weak for the later game and the moment you get to build the race building at tier 3 you are past the time where non-buffed units (even free ones) are useful. I think the same applies to the Kirko building but i haven´t checked.
Anybody else feeling that this isn´t worth it also?

in my current online game with a friend i had tier5 research facility in one of my capital's sector. the upgrade i took was the one upgrading unit rank for none elit unit.
in this case it gave all troops produced in my capital a free 3 rank boost.
at one time i used all my influence to buy one stack of T2 psifish units from the psifish npc faction. all of them was already rank 3.
so it should work with npc factions.
i don't know if it works for spawned unit via spells tho.

which is funny because summoned units do get city buff in AOW3. you should totally make a bug report ticket !

which is funny because summoned units do get city buff in AOW3. you should totally make a bug report ticket !
with npc faction units it was first intended that they didnt get buffed so i am unsure if this is maybe the case here too. But i am sure that a lot more people will comment on this so we will see.

Because i don´t know if it is intended or not i post this as a normal thread. The spawned animals from the Amazone race building doesn´t have the bonuses from my city where they spwan, which makes them kinda useless and a waste of upkeep money. The NPC-bought units also started without the buff what made them pretty weak for the later game and the moment you get to build the race building at tier 3 you are past the time where non-buffed units (even free ones) are useful. I think the same applies to the Kirko building but i haven´t checked.
Anybody else feeling that this isn´t worth it also?
NPC Faction units do get the Production bonuses of your Capitol. However the units type (light, heavy, mindless, mechanical) might not match the bonuses limitations. Particulary Autonom, Forbidden and Paragon units are very choosy as far as bonuses are concerned.

I noticed that units you get from stuff like the Empire Quest (Invader, Warmonger) also do not seem to get the bonus (and actually spawn besides the colony center even if that one is empty).

For every one who still doesn´t seem to get it. It really was a thing that npc-faction units didnt get buffed (it was!!).

I know they did not used to get those bonuses. And maybe the rules are slightly different for Galactic Empires (as there you can also manually build the Units), but NPC faction bought units do get the bonuses from your Capitol. Same with requisition bought units.
I got a bunch of Autonoms with "Terraforming Outpost", "Well Built" and +2 Starting levels that can attest to that!

I can only confirm the Quest reward units, but the others propably use the same mechanic (wich is different from the one for the first 3 options).

Yeah, and it kinda makes me want to not get the immaculate racial building for kirko or amazons just so I don't have to deal with the spawns.
Kirko had a -50% upkeep reduction, so they really have little worries here.

As long as you do not need the units, you can scrap them. But if you really need anything to throw against the enemy, they are better then nothing.
