Well Patric has said EUII will be released in Spain on Febraury while Johan said January, so no much time to EU2 in our international and mother language
Does the creation of the Spanish Forum have to wait until the release of a Spanish version?
Sadly, Johan and Patric will not load their car with EU2 boxes and distribute it themselves.

Not really. Most of the future Spanish buyers of EU won't know that it exists untill they see the game in their local stores. Therefor, the won't pre-order it to the US.
