Does anyone know how to make the SPR tag work? I could really use it for my mod, as I am all out of free tags. If I could use this tag then it would mean that one less native American/African/Indian tribe would have to go...

I am aware of that. The thing is, however, that there *should* be a SPR tag for the Spanish Protestants (graphics are included and they have an entry in the country.csv file).

I got the tag working for me now. And I have also tried for some time to add more tags, but it's impossible... I kinda knew already, but I am in desperate need for more free tags - so I tried anyway!
