Falangist Spanish focus tree branch inaccessible. Checksum "José Antonio Primo de Rivera is the current country leader" is always false, even when he is the country leader after completing focus "The National-Syndicalist State"; which puts him in power. PLEASE FIX; it makes Spanish Empire unplayable

Win Spanish civil war as Falange; Make "José Antonio Primo de Rivera" country leader.
