I was going through the bookmarks while looking at the Spanish Empire. It seems to me like they're missing territory that they should have. Is there a mod that fixes this?

I thought later start dates are un-officially not supported anymore.Why not bug report what you think theyre missing and at what dates?

There are a bunch of oddities in the later start dates.
Naples in independent from Castile-Aragon in the 1492 start date but still ruled by Ferdinand. I assume the correct setup should be that whomever rules Aragon should also rule Naples, but in this setup, Isabella rules Aragon while Ferdinand independently rules Naples.
During the English Interregum, Oliver Cromwell and Richard Cromwell are Kings of England.
Because of how CNs work, there is some awkwardness in Louisiana, La Plata, and a couple other places where CNs border.
There are also some instances where the province history says that a city was sacked but gains tax, production, or manpower.
For example:
Sweden ravages Munich, but Munich doubles its base tax and production? I know Gustavus Adolphus was a great man, but him and I must have radically different ideas of what ravage means.
Never thought these would be worth mentioning though since:

Why not specify which provinces do you think should be part of Spain and show some citation (historical maps specifically) to back it up?
Not only do they miss territories, but they also miss cores in Mexico in some bookmarks, which causes them to:
- be unable to form a CN
- have around 200% overextension(or even more, I can't remember!), which results in massive revolts

I remember reading patch notes at some point, with something along the lines of Spain getting a lot of overextension in a certain bookmark.
