Spain is fine in EU2.

The only thing is that, just as in reality, they actually have to DO something in order to reach their historical power peak. But the potential is there.

Though I'll admit that the AI sucks and makes an AI Spain always look silly in comparison to history, But that has nothing to do with wealth or leaders.

You hit the nail there. Singleplayer balance results are completely irrelevant, as the "AI" is eu2 is not exactly the best AI we've ever written.

Spain is always silily overpowered in Eu2, and easily dominates the game when playing someone that can actually perform some diplomacy.

But the problem is not eu2, is that the map of spain have less provinces than france which has too many.
In SP there are more countrys that can dominate the world, france, ottomans, austria...

Johan only a question, please answerd it. This is the final map, there would be changes, and, if it is not so we can modificated easily.
I think that there are many differences between castilla and any french province

More province is NOT exactly the best thing since sliced bread for a country. Its kind of hilarious to see these whines here
