Spain divisions locked unable to delete?

The civil war is over and I have loads of divisions I can not delete ? What can I do?

There's supposed to be an event that fires after the civil war ends that removes those divisions. If it didn't fire, then somehow the game still believes the civil war is going on. What faction are you playing?

I had a similar thing happen with Turkey. Got 4 spawned-in divisions at one point during the game, without any sort of accompanying event popup, no idea how I got them, but they were all template locked and I couldn't delete them. I sent them to get encircled in Russia just to be rid of them.

Same with the US-civil war-spawned “Exiles” division. Its ‘46, and I still cant remove them.

My lore is that they were punishment battalions, sent on a suicide mission for deserting.
