Sometimes you start to regret that you let your armies roll over the green grass of Germany, but just think about the fun doing it. It's worth every annexation, even though you get into truble all the time for it.
The Empire in India now consists of Madras (lvl2 colony), Cochin (fortress lvl1), trivandrum (TP) and Pondicherry (fortress lvl1). There were no plans of invading Mysore, so the troops in india were just for protecting the provinces from Portugal. It is now obvious that the war with Mysore will be the most tricky part.
There are not enough troops in Europe to be victorious on all fronts, I think we might have to take a few losses and white peace agrements in order to cope with the situation. Sad, taking them one at a time isn't a big deal, but Austria, France and 5 German states at the same time might be more than convenient.

The good thing for Spain about owning some of those German states is that when (or in the very rare "if") the Lowlands start to revolt at least your troops have a place to retreat to in case it gets way to out of control.

In this game, the Dutch seems to be happy with just controlling the provinces. I have played Spain 3 times except this one and I've tried to take care of the rebels, but the riots are a never ending story and even with 2 armies around, the dutch still declare their independance before 1570. in this game I decided not to interfere and I still have them in the boat (though rebel contolled. I try to make sure that the rebellion thoughts are not spread to the neighbouring provinces though.
I must admit however that I was almost ready to give up when I was dowed by everyone, I think that Portugal, Venice and the Papal state are the only landborder countries in Europe not in war with me. If you are interested, it will be worse!

The first Pan-European war
1586 October - December
October starts with a riot in Modena. On the 14, 45000 troops from Austria, Saxony, Hessen and Württemberg lay siege to Thuringen. Austria has another 10000 in Sudeten and more troops on the way from the Balkans. On the 18, Hanover lay siege to Holland.
On November 14, Mysore invades the undefended colony Madras. We attacked the Mysorians but loose half the Indian army. On the 27 Mysore attacks Pondicherry. We offer a peace treaty ceding Madras rather than loose most of our territory in the subcontinent. Mysore agrees to the peace treaty and we can now rebuild the Indian army in case there are another attack. On the 28, Thuringen falls to Hessen.
On December 2, Tuscany (Order of St. John) declare war on Spain. Another front to fight on. Opn the 5 we lay siege to Kleve. The day after we sink a French fleet of 4 warships in the North Sea. We again lay siege to Al Kharam with the remains after the battle in Quatar. We win over Hessen in Mainz on the 18, we took control over the French Colony Inhambane the day after. On the 23, Austria and Saxony lay siege to Helvetia and the year ends with the fall of Holland to Hannoverians on the 29.
1587 January - June
5000 Adenians land on Socotra on the 3 and our entire force on the island is killed on the 16. Socotra now under Aden control. A Swedish fleet is sunk in the Sea of Bergen on the 12 but on the 14, France lay siege to Artois. On the 21 we finally find some war luck in Western Europe, we win over Kleve in Kleve and over France in Champagne. We follow it up by winning over Hessen in Pfalz on the 24.
On February 5, Tuscany lay siege to Modena with 7000 men. We prepare for a long siege. On the 18, Hannoverians lay siege to Cologne. On March 2, an Omani fleet is sunk in straits of Oman and on the 8 a French fleet is sunk in Straits of Dover. On the 20 we loose a battle to Tuscany in Modena.
On April 5 we took the TP in Guadeloupe from the Swedes. We occupied their colony in Dominica on the 28. A white peace in signed with Sweden on April 29. That leaves only Saxony, Austria, Württemberg; Oman, Aden; Hanover; Hessen, Kleve; Tuscany and Order of St. John to fight, should not really be a major problem.
On May 2 we loose a battle to Hessen in Pfalz, they lay siege to the city. We retake control over Quatar on the 7, but we are forced to sign a peace treaty with Oman ceding Socotra to Aden. 21000 Omani soldiers are marching on Quatar, we decided not to jeopardise our position in the Middle East. Turkey cedes Kirkuk to Persia in return for peace. Austria now has their entire army of 132000 soldiers sieging Helvetia. Not a single soldier left in Austria. We pray to God almighty that Turkey will attack Austria to lift some pressure from our eastern provinces.
Riot in Holland. On June5 we attack the fortress in Kleves and the city falls on the 14. Rebels win over Hessen in Holland on the 15. The rebels lay siege to the city. The first ever positive word about the hated protestants comes from the King who said "well done".
1587 July - December
On July 25 Helvetia falls to 102000 Austrians and Saxons, 30000 lost to attrition during 2 months. They immediately march on Franche-Comté. Modena falls to Tuscany on the 29. The King demands an autumn offensive along the eastern border. We start to make a plan for the offensive.
On August 16, 28000 Spaniards win over 98000 Austrians and Saxons in Helvetia. Could this be the battle that turns the war? We lay siege to Helvetia to take the city back. The Austrians flee to Tyrol. On September 12 we lay siege to Saxony, we can see the Saxon army marching north from Tyrol. Hanover is still sieging Cologne with no result.
On October 8 we win a very close battle over Tuscany in Genoa, both armies down to 'code red' and both armies suffering heavy losses. The Tuscans flee back south. On the 10 we win another long and close battle with Hessen in Pfalz. These two battles must be a turning point, from now on we will drive the invadors back. Our troops march on Cologne. Hanover lay siege to Zeeland on the 28. On November 12 we win a battle over Hanover in Cologne.
December starts well, we sink a St. John fleet in Ligurian Sea on the 1 and win over Portugal in Table, they try to take the colony according to the treaty of Tordesillas. The rest of the month is miserable. We loose a battle to Austria in Savoy on the 13 and they lay siege to the city. We loose another battle with Austria in Savoy on the 25 and finish the year with loosing to Tuscany in Modena on the 28.
1588
On January 5 we win over Hessen in Pfalz. On February 14 Helvetia falls to our troops. In March we win over Hessen in Hessen on the 26 and lay siege to the city. Austria lay siege to Lyonnais on the 29. On April 12 the Hanover held city of Holland falls to the rebels and is returned to Spain after 30 years as a rebel city. On the 19 we finally win a battle over Austria in Savoy, they are not unbeatable after all. A St John troop land in Genoa, but is annihilated by our army within a week. On the 23, Saxons lay siege to Helvetia, a popular province it seems.
On May 3, we loose to Austrians in Lyonnais. Saxony (the privince) falls to our troops on the 20. The next day we offer a white peace with Saxony and they accept. Saxony, Austria and Wurttemberg are no longer at war with us. On the 24 we annex Kleves, the German peasants are very happy to be a part of the biggest German State, Spain.
On June 5 we lay siege to Thuringen, currently controlled by Hessen. On the 12 we sink a small St. John fleet in the Ligurian Sea. Hanover offers a white peace on the 20, we accept, but 16000 Hanoverians are still sieging the rebel held city of Zeeland. We win a battle with St. John in Malta on the 23 and on the 26 we loose to Hessen in Pfalz. They lay siege to the city.
On July 5 we win over Tuscany and St. John in Modena and lay siege to the city. In August we suffer a riot in Holland. We loose to Hessen in Kleves on the 18, they lay siege to the city. Thuringen falls to our troops on the 27 and on the same day we sink a St. John fleet in the Dodecanese.
In September we suffer a riot in Mainz. We won over St. John in Modena on the 4 and sink one of their fleets in the Dodecanese on the 21. We sign a white peace with Hessen on the 24. In October we suffer a riot in Corsica. On the 2, Baden declares war on us. Modena falls to our troops on the 9 and we send the army south to deal with the evil Tuscany. Troops from Baden lay siege to Thuringen on the on the 23. On the 29, we win a battle with Tuscany in Luca and lay siege to our city. The next day we also lay siege to Baden.
The Papal State has occupied the Portuguese province of Naples and lay siege to Apulia as well. Will Naples unite the southern part of Italy?
We win a battle over Tuscany in Luca and continue the siege of the city on November 7. On the 16, we join an alliance with England, Portugal, Navarra and Teutonic Order. We loose a battle to Baden in Thuringen on the 19, they continue their siege. On December 4 we win another battle with Tuscany in Luca.
1589
In January we suffer a riot in Dauphiné, the rebels take control over the city. We win a battle with Baden in Baden on the 12 and conquer Luca on the 18. We offer Tuscany a peace treaty on the 21 and they accept. Luca is ceded to Spain. In March we suffer a riot in Luca. Hainaut riots in May and on May 12 Baden falls to our troops. On May 16 Venice DoW Spain, we call on our allied, but only England honours the alliance. English troops now control the French city of Picardie.
On June 2 we win over rebels in Dauphiné and lay siege to the city. On July 7 we occupy the Venetian TP in damman. We suffer a riot in Helvetia in August. On the 6 Luca falls to rebels. We win a naval battle with Venice in the Adriatic Sea. A Hanoverian army took control over the rebel held Zeeland on the 23.
In September we suffer another riot in Zeeland. The rebel held Dauphiné falls to Spanish troops. The English in Picardie are annihilated. French troops lay sige to both Picardie and Bristol during September. English and French are fighting naval battles in the Channel, in St. George's Channel and in coast of Brittany. We win over rebels in Hainaut. We loose a naval battle to Venice in Gulf of Venice. In November we loose a battle to the rebels in Helvetia.
In December the peasants in Languedoc revolt and take control of the city. English troops in Languedoc attack the rebels. By throwing in $250, Venice accepts a peace agreement. We annex the since long occupied Baden. After 12 years we are finally at peace again. What a relieve for the Spanish people. The French take the English controlled city of Picardie. The French are also sieging the by England occupied city of Meath (Ireland). We lay sige to the rebel held Flandres on Christmas day.
The result for Spain in this war is thin, but we strengthened our possitions in Germany and Italy, we also saw the necessity to prepare for wars in Arabia and India.

Sometimes there is need for some humor, or? AARs are hard to write without being boring, I don't know how other's do to make them interesting, I try to put in a few funny things to ease the text up.
The AAR is now catching up with the game, I have suffered a few crashes playing. It's better not to be so far behind, since you can still remember some things and give the AAR some extra details.
Generally, I have decided not to use dates of events (except for the most important one's), It looks to me to be too hard to read as a text in these cases.

But I play with Austrian lowlands, because those provinces give to Spain a too big advantage. Spain is interesting to play because you have a lot of possibilities: - peaceful colonial expansion; military expansion on behalf of France; unification of Italy, starting from Naples, etc.
So, keep playing and writing!

The five year Peace

Spain now consists of:
31 core provinces,
10 Lowland provinces,
11 Alp-Mediterranean provinces,
3 Californian provinces,
2 provinces and 2 TPs in Mexico,
10 provinces, 3 colonies and 11 Tp in Eastern North Ameriga,
5 provinces and 6 TP in Antillas,
3 provinces, 2 colonies and 3 TP in Africa,
1 province in the Middle East,
4 provinces, 2 colonies and 3 TP in the Far East.
In January a new CoT is opened in the English colony of Yarra in some strange country we decide to call the Southern Lands, Tierra Australis. We win over rebels in Luca and lay siege to the city.
In February, Portugal lay siege to the French city of Picardie. France is still sieging Meath. In March we win over rebels in Zeeland. We retake control over rebel held Luca in April and over rebel held Languedoc in May. We suffer another riot in Luca in June, but our garrison there takes care of it within a week. France lay siege to Wessex (English). An English army is sieging Emilia (Papal State) and Papal forces are still sieging the Portuguese city Apulia.
In July we finally get some result from our siege of rebel held Flandres. Meath falls to France and the French also lay siege to Bristol. Picardie is close to falling to Portugal. In August Flandres finally falls to our troops and the province is again under Spanish control. In September we suffer a riot in Flandres and loose a battle to the rebels. Picardie falls to Portugal and forces France to sign a peace with the English alliance gaining only Tortuga.
A new riot in Hainaut in October followed by a riot in Dauphiné in november.
1591
In February we win over rebels in Hainaut and in Dauphiné. The rebels took control over Flandres. In March we suffer a riot in Provence. 29000 Aztecs attack our 3000 troops in Tehuacan and we loose the entire troop. We fear a war with the Aztecs and build additional troops in the region as well as send 6000 soldiers from California.
In April we crush the rebels in Provence. Portugal attacks our troops in Marajo and we loose after 2 weeks of fighting. Portugal take the colony referring to the treaty of Tordesillas. In July Modena revolts. We win over the rebels in Modena in early September. In October we suffer another revolt in Provence which is put down within two weeks.

We send new settlers to India and North Ameriga. We suffer a riot in Nice in February, in Helvetia in March and in Cologne in April. By the end of May, the rebels in Nice and Cologne have been dealt with. The Plague kills half the population in Galicia, Leon and Castille. The King accuses the Dutch rebels for this and orders the Lowland Army to take Flandres. We lay siege to Flandres in July. In September we win over the rebels in Helvetia, another riot has ended. In December Flandres falls to Don Juan's army.
1593
We send Personal gifts to the King of England and to the King of Austria. Our bad relations are much improved. In February Flandres revolts again and the peasants take control over the city. We loose a battle to the rebels and retreat to Hainaut. In March we reach Naval Tech (14). In April we suffer riots in Corsica and Provence. Both are put down within 3 weeks. In May Thuringen riots.
In July Persia annex Uzbekhistan. We are somewhat concerned about the Persians, they now control the area from the Mediterranean to Indus, from Caucasus to the Holy Land. In September we reach Trade Level (6). In October Provence again riots. We put the riot down within 2 weeks. Modena revolts in November and the rebels take control over the city. We win over the rebels and lay siege to the city.

The Second Pan-European war
England (Morocco) DoW Scotland (France Papal state, Sweden) in February. We honour our alliance and declare war on the French Alliance. England has only 6000 troops in the British Isles, which will make this war hard to fight for us since the English will quite soon be forced to accept a peace agreement. Modena falls and our Italian army is again victorious over the rebels.
In March we take control over the Swedish TP in Sacramento. In Europe we sink a Scottish squadron of 5 ships off Land's End and in the end of the month we lay siege to Picardie. Saxony (Wurttemberg) Declare war on Spain, the English join in, but Morocco dishonours the alliance.
In April we lay siege to Guyenne and Saxony lay siege to Thuringen. We decide not to intervene for the moment and concentrate on winning the war with France first. Tuscany (Russia) DoW Spain and England intervene on our side again. This war starts immediately when we sink 2 Russian Warships in the Channel.
May begin with a new DoW, this time it is Astria. Our ally England rushes to our help, as if it would make a difference. The DoWing continues, Hannover (Hansean, Denmark); Mysore (Hyderabad); The Papal State (Portugal, Order of St. John) and Bavaria. England honoured the alliance in all four wars. We again have some targets to choose between, how refreshing. The French retook Sacramento and returned it to Sweden. We march north to take the Swedish TP's again. We sink a Polish fleet in the Cyclades and take the French colony Niagara.
In June we have taken the Swedish TP's in both Nehalen and Sacramento. We offer them a white peace, but we burn both TP's when they refuse. We win a battle over Tuscan invaders in Luca and follow them south. Guyenne falls to Spain. 2000 Danes land in Friesen but are killed by the rebels controlling the city.
17000 Spanish win a battle over 76000 Saxons and Wurttembergians in Thuringen. We loose only 9000 as the Germans loose 21000 men in the battle. We loose to Mysore in Pondicherry and they take the unfortified city. We send our army from Cochin north. Oman (Aden) follows the example from the rest of the world and DoW Spain. We burn a Portuguese TP in Palaman. We will make sure that those Portu-geezers are removed from the colonial map. We win over Tuscany in Florence and lay siege to the city. A Mysore army lay siege to Cochin. We are however not very concerned over this development, we can take care of them eventually. The Austrians lost appx 125000 troops to attrition during the siege of Helvetia, strange tactics. Austria offers a white peace that we accept. Another mayor player in the war is now off our back. England sign a peace treaty with Scotland handing over Yorkshire and $72 to the Scots. Scotland, Poland and Sweden are no longer at war with Spain, good news. We end the summer with winning a naval battle with Denmark in Coast of Holland.

The war between France and England continues. France has occupied Connaught, Bristol is on the edge of falling and Munster (Ireland) is under siege. The English still has almost no troops in Europe.
In January we win over Hessen in Hessen. Surprisingly Denmark offers a white peace, even though they occupy Flandres. We accept before the Danes can reconsider. Hansean troops lay siege to Holland. In July we finally get some result from our siege of rebel held Flandres. Meath falls to France and the French also lay siege to Bristol. Picardie is close to falling to Portugal. In August Flandres finally falls to our troops and the province is again under Spanish control. In September we suffer a riot in Flandres and loose a battle to the rebels. Picardie falls to Portugal and forces France to sign a peace with the English alliance gaining only Tortuga.

In April we crush the rebels in Provence. Portugal attacks our troops in Marajo and we loose after 2 weeks of fighting. Portugal take the colony referring to the treaty of Tordesillas. We found a colony in Mahe. Papal forces lay siege to Luca. We loose to Aden in Al Kharam. A Danish fleet is sunk in Coast of Holland.
In February the Austrians loose 30000 troops to attrition during the Swiss winter. We win over Portugal in the Baleares and we win a naval battle with Portugal in Gulf of Cadiz. We win another battle with the Papal forces in Leon. Austria now has 5000 troops in Mainz and 66000 sieging Helvetia. We sink a Danish fleet in the North Sea and a Portuguese one in Gulf of Cadiz.
In March we loose a battle with Portugal in Leon. They again lay siege to the city. Florence falls to our troops. We loose another naval battle with Portugal in Leon. An Austrian attack on the fortress in Helvetia fails. We win a naval battle with Denmark in the North Sea.
In April we lay siege to Rome. 8000 Spaniards loose to 900 Russians in Monterey. We lay siege to Austria. We are confident that both Rome and Vienna will be under our control before the end of the year.
In May we loose a battle with Austria in Helvetia but we win over the hated Russians in Monterey. Flandres falls to Denmark. We win a battle over Austrian forces in Austria and the siege continues. Kleve falls to Hessen. The war luck is not on our side for the moment, but we start to plan an autumn offensive on all fronts. The war will continue for a few years, but we will be victorious, no doubt.
In June we sink a Danish Fleet in Tyne. We loose a battle with Denmark and Hansean in Cologne. They lay siege to the city. 81000 Turks are now siegeing the Venetian province of Kosovo. The remaining Venetian army of 4000 men is looking over the mountains afraid of what will come. Rome falls to our troops. The old pope accidentally died and a new pope of Spanish origin replaced him. The Pope is dead long live the Pope.
Danish troops lay siege to Luxembourg. We win a battle with Denmark and Hanover in Flandres even though our troops are half the size. Good fighting. A peace treaty is signed with the Papal State where they hand over their national treasury of $61.
By July Scotland controls both Yorkshire and Midlands, the English still have no army on the British Isles, only a less than 10000 men spread around the countryside. Hanover lay siege to Hainaut.
In August, Hessen lay siege to Mainz and Denmark lay siege to Artois. We win over Austria in Helvetia. The Austrians lost appx 125000 troops to attrition during the siege of Helvetia, strange tactics. Austria offers a white peace that we accept. Another mayor player in the war is now off our back. England sign a peace treaty with Scotland handing over Yorkshire and $72 to the Scots. Scotland, Poland and Sweden are no longer at war with Spain, good news. We end the summer with winning a naval battle with Denmark in Coast of Holland.
In September we suffer a riot in Baden. Only Saxony (Wurttemberg); Tuscany (Russia); Hannover (Hansean, Denmark); Bavaria; Oman (Aden) left to fight. In Europe things are now under control, it is just to advance. In Arabia the situation is still painful for the Spanish troops.
We win battles with Denmark in Hainaut and Artois. We win over the rebels in Baden. Another riot is now over.
In October we win over Denmark in Flandres and lay siege to the city. The natives destroy the colony Kerala. We loose a battle in Mainz to Hessen. Helvetia is now under siege by Saxony. We land 6000 troops from India in Oman and lay siege to Mascate. The Danish controlled city of Zeeland falls to the rebels and is returned to Spain. Hanover lay siege to Artois.
In November Denmark again lay siege to Zeeland. We win over Hanover in Artios and over Hessen in Mainz. We lay siege to Thuringen. We win over Saxony in Helvetia. In December Denmark and Hanover lay siege to Champagne. We send troops to the province and easily win a battle over the invaders. We win over Hessen in Pfalz.

In January we loose to Saxony and Wurttemberg in Wurttemberg. We win over Denmark in Lorrain, over Oman in Mascate and over Hessen in Pfalz. In February we win twice over Oman in Mascate and again over Hessen in Pfalz. We also win a battle over Denmark in Pfalz. The war luck has now arrived.
In March Flandres riot and we lose a battle with the rebels. Wurttemberg lay siege to Helvetia, popular place it seems. We again win over Oman in Mascate and a Naval battle with Oman in Mascate Coast. Reinforcements land in Mascate.
In April we win over Hansean in Kleve and we lay siege to the city. We win a naval battle over Oman in Western Arabian Sea. We win over Wurttember in Wurttemberg and lay siege to the city. Venetians are fighting Wallachians in Illyria. The Turks are still sieging Kosovo, but the city will soon fall our reports tells us. Thuringen falls to our troops, the province is liberated. Saxony lay siege to Baden.
In May we win two naval battles over Oman in Western Arabian Sea. Kleve is liberated, soon we can attack our neighbours on their territory. Flanders is controlled by Denmark; Holland and Friesen are controlled by Hanover; The Hague is under siege by Denmark, Helvetia by Wurttemberg and Baden by Saxony.
A fleet of 45 Russian ships passes through Straits of Dover. We decide not to intervene with our 13/0/0 North Sea Fleet and hope that they are not going to land troops in Spain. Hessen lay siege to Pfalz. We win over Saxony in Anhalt and lay siege to the city. We also lay siege to the Hessenite city of Muster. We win over rebels in Flandres and lay siege to the city.
In June we win over Hessen in both Hessen and in Kleve. We win over Oman in Mascate. In July we again win over Oman in Muscate and over Hessen in Munster. The siege continues.
In August we suffer a riot in Zeeland. Danish controlled Holland falls to the rebels. Spain again controls the province. The Spanish army is victorious over the rebels in Zeeland. In September we win over Oman in Mascate, over rebels in Flandres and over Hanseans in Zeeland.
In October our 4/0/0 win over Oman's 12/0/4 in Straits of Ormouz. We however lost 3 ships, they lost 8. This disables us from sending reinforcements from India for the time being. The 12000 troops in Arabia are now on their own until we can get some extra ships. We are now going to let the Omanis taste some iron, wait and see. Danes lay siege to Holland. Rebels lay siege to the Hanover controlled city of Friesen. Munster falls to Spanish troops that now march on Hessen. Hessen abort their siege to Pfalz. We win over rebels in Flandres.

In December Wurttemberg suggest a white peace. We accept and can now concentrate our efforts on the northern German states. Saxony lay siege to Thuringen. We lay siege to the Hansean city of Magdeburg.

The year begins with a hard blow to the nation, our beloved King dies. Felipe III is crowned and Spain once again has a King. Also Portugal get a new King, Filipe II. The war between France and England continues. France has occupied Connaught, Bristol is on the edge of falling and Munster (Ireland) is under siege. The English still has almost no troops in Europe.
In January we win over Hessen in Hessen. Surprisingly Denmark offers a white peace, even though they occupy Flandres. We accept before the Danes can reconsider. Hansean troops lay siege to Holland. We win over Saxony in Thuringen and lift the Saxon siege of the city. We sign a peace treaty with Saxony, Anhalt to Spain. We again win over Oman inMascate.
In February we win over Hessen in Thuringen. Hessen offers Munster in return for peace. We consider the proposed aggrement to be fair and we sign. The hostilities between Spain and Hessen ends. Poland (France, Sweden, Scotland) DoW Russia (Tuscany). We lay siege to the Hanoverian city of Oldenburg.
In March our North Sea Fleet (13/0/0) win over a Russian fleet of 21/0/0 in coast of Holland not loosing a single ship. The Russians however lost 2 ships. We win over Oman in Mascate. Hansean troops lay siege to Zeeland. The Hansean city of Magdeburg falls to our troops.

In November we suffer a riot in Savoie. Venice falls to our troops. A peace treaty is signed, Venice hands over Mantua and $123 to Spain. Al Kharam fall to Spanish troops. We sign a peace treaty with Oman where Zanzibar, Al Kharam and $3 change hands.
In December we annex Milan and Tuscany. Only Russia is left in the war.

1600 December 15-31
France (Poland, Iroquois, Sweden, Scotland) declare war on Spain. England honours the alliance, what ever good that will do.

In January we win a naval battle over France in Straits of Dover. The Iroquois burn our TP in Powhatan. 22305/12094/15 Spaniards lay siege to Picardie. We can see 46000 French troops Marching in to Ile de France. Where are they heading?
In February we suffer a riot in Luca. Spanish troops capture the unfortified Swedish island Guadeloupe. 46000 French troops lay siege to Artois. Mysore (Hyderabad) declare war on Spain. We win over rebels in Savoy. We hand over our treasury of $10 to Russia for peace. 4800/1200/0 Spanish troops win over 34196/0/0 Iroquois in Tuscarora and lay siege to the city. 14000 French recruits march north from Nivernais.
March begin with a riot in Milan, we let the city walls (level 3) take care of it for the time being. A small Amerigan army under colonel Fitzjames (English grandfather it seems) capture the French colony in Niagara. We win a naval battle over France in Winward Islands. We burn a French TP in Muni. 15000 French soldiers march north from Bourgougne. French troops have captured the English colonies in Nehalen and Sacramento and attack Monterrey from the north. We are successful in throwing the attack back.
We send 2 merchants each to Venice, Andalucia and Flandres to reclaim our monopolies. A French squadron of 5/0/16 attacks 17/0/0 Spanish and English fleets in the channel. We are again victorious. The French commanders evacuate their 1900 soldiers in Bearn in case of a Spanish invation. The Spanish TP in Catskills is burned to the ground by the evil Iroquois. We burn a French TP in Ovambo.
In April we suffer a riot in Artois, or more correctly, the French armies (36000) laying siege to Artois suffer from the riot. Some extra action for the French is welcome. We sink 7 French War ships in the Channel. We win over the French in Nivernais and lay siege with our specialised siege army (3834/1909/190). Amazing what 190 cannons can do. We loose a battle to Mysore in Pondisherry. We capture the Swedish colony Dominica. Sweden offer a white peace, we accept it to loose one enemy.
The Iroquois take the colony of Adirondak. 13000 rebels in Artois win over 31000/5000/0 French. 2 French ships sunk in Winward Islands. The walls of Nivernais are now down to 0. We win over Mysore in Pondisherry. We win over Iroquois in Tuscarora.

In September we suffer riots in Milan, Corsica and Artois. The rebels in Artois take the fortress. We loose to rebels in Milan. The Papal State DoW. We abort the siege of Auvergne and send these troops to Milan.
In October we lay siege to Tuscarora. We loose to the Papal State in Romagna. In November we win over Iroquois in Adirondak. We lay siege to Mysore. Picardie fall to Spanish troops. The next day France offers Niagara, Nivernais and Bourgogne for peace. We accept. This was a short war, only 11 months, that will serve as a model for the Spanish War College.
In December we suffer a riot in Oldenburg. The rebels capture the city. We again loose to the rebels in Milan. We win over Papal troops in Florence.

In January a CoT opens in Aisen (the only Spanish possession in South Ameriga). We initially send 5 merchants. We start to build a new Mediterranean fleet to replace the one that sunk outside Arabia a few years ago. Austria (Saxony, Wurttemberg) DoW. Austria looses in stability to -3. Only 29000 Mysorians and Hyderabadis left in Pondisherry, attrition sets in heavily. We capture Madras. The traders we sent to Yukon fail, but the one's we sent to Kitimat are successful. We win over Papal forces in Florence.
In February we achieve a monopoly in Aisen. Saxony lay siege to Thuringen. We loose to Mysore in madras. They now control the colony. Thuringen falls to Saxony after only 21 days. We win over Papal forces in Romagna and lay siege to the city.
In March, the peasants in Baden revolts. We again loose to the rebels in Milan. Georgia (Persia) declare war on Turkey (Cyrenaica, Tunisia, Algeria). Hopefully that will stop Turkey from getting involved in the European war. Austria lay siege to Anhalt. Oman (Aden) DoW Persia. Anhalt falls to Austria after only 10 days. In April, the wars conlinue, but the only action is a riot in Milan.
In May we win over rebels in Luca. Hedjaz declare war on Persia and a week later Nubia (Tripolitania) also DoW Persia. We expand our colony in Bandung.
In June we loose to rebels in Baden, but the riot ends anyway. Austrians lay siege to Mantua. We take control over rebel held Artois. We win over Hyderabad in Madras and again the colony is in our control. Venice declares war on Persia.
In July we expand our colony in Aisen and new settlers are sent. We also send traders to the Falklands. Mysore falls to our troops. A peace treaty is signed where Mysore hands over Madras and $121 to Spain. We loose to Papal forces in Florence. We lay siege to thuringen.
In August we win over Austria in Thuringen. We loose a battle with rebels in Milan. In September we suffer a riot in Mantua. In November we lay siege to Sudeten. Mantua fall to Astrian troops. Thuringen is back in Spanish control. We pay $36 for peace with the Papal State, we can now concentrate on Austria. We finally win over the rebel scum in Milan. The traders we sent to the Falklands fail. In December we lay siege to Wurtemberg.

In January we send settlers to Al Kharam and Zanzibar to christen the population. Aisen expands and a new group of settlers are sent. Don Juan dies during a battle in Tyrol. We win over Saxony and Austria in Tyrol and lay siege to the city. The settlers we sent to Bandung fails and a close battle with the natives follow. We are finally victorious after 3 weeks of fighting. Anhalt (Controlled by Saxony) falls to rebels and is now back in Spanish control.
In March we successfully establish a Trading Post in St. Helena. In April we loose to natives in Bandung and the entire colony is destroyed. Austrians again lay siege to Thuringen. Sudeten fall to Spanish troops. Hessen DoW Spain, they have no troops, so we do not take much notice of this for the moment. Both Zanzibar and Al Kharam are now good catholic communities.
In May we win over Austria in Thuringen twice. We also win over rebels in Calais. In June the peasants in Luca revolt, a troublesome province indeed. The people in Thuringen also revolts and take control over the city. The rebel forces are fought down and we lay siege to the city.
In July we suffer a revolt in Helvetia. Wurtemberg fall to our troops. Russia (Papal State, Venice) DoW The Teutonic Order (Hansean, Prussia) We expand our colony in Aisen. In August we loose to the rebels in Helvetia. We win over Saxony in Thuringen. Denmark (Russia) DoW Spain, England does not honour our alliance. We should really teach them a lesson.
In red September we suffer riots in Lorraine, Mainz and Modena. Damn rebel scums. Tyrol falls to our troops. We annex Wurttemberg. England DoW, only 4 weeks ago they were our ally.
In grey October we suffer a riot in Alsace, the rebels take control over the city. The Italian rebels take control over Luca. Tyrol becomes Spanish in a peace treaty with Austria. Hanover declares war the next day, the Germans cannot accept that we are at war with less then 3 countries at a time. We win over rebels in Oldenburg. Hanover lay siege to Anhalt.

March begin with a riot in Milan, we let the city walls (level 3) take care of it for the time being. A small Amerigan army under colonel Fitzjames (English grandfather it seems) capture the French colony in Niagara. We win a naval battle over France in Winward Islands. In January a CoT opens in Aisen (the only Spanish possession in South Ameriga). We initially send 5 merchants. We start to build a new Mediterranean fleet to replace the one that sunk outside Arabia a few years ago. Austria (Saxony, Wurttemberg) DoW. Austria looses in stability to -3. Only 29000 Mysorians and Hyderabadis left in Pondisherry, attrition sets in heavily. We capture Madras. The traders we sent to Yukon fail, but the one's we sent to Kitimat are successful. We win over Papal forces in Florence.
In February we achieve a monopoly in Aisen. Saxony lay siege to Thuringen. We loose to Mysore in madras. They now control the colony. Thuringen falls to Saxony after only 21 days. We win over Papal forces in Romagna and lay siege to the city.
In March, the peasants in Baden revolts. We again loose to the rebels in Milan. Georgia (Persia) declare war on Turkey (Cyrenaica, Tunisia, Algeria). Hopefully that will stop Turkey from getting involved in the European war. Austria lay siege to Anhalt. Oman (Aden) DoW Persia. Anhalt falls to Austria after only 10 days. In April, the wars conlinue, but the only action is a riot in Milan.
In May we win over rebels in Luca. Hedjaz declare war on Persia and a week later Nubia (Tripolitania) also DoW Persia. We expand our colony in Bandung.
In June we loose to rebels in Baden, but the riot ends anyway. Austrians lay siege to Mantua. We take control over rebel held Artois. We win over Hyderabad in Madras and again the colony is in our control. Venice declares war on Persia.
In July we expand our colony in Aisen and new settlers are sent. We also send traders to the Falklands. Mysore falls to our troops. A peace treaty is signed where Mysore hands over Madras and $121 to Spain. We loose to Papal forces in Florence. We lay siege to thuringen.
In August we win over Austria in Thuringen. We loose a battle with rebels in Milan. In September we suffer a riot in Mantua. In November we lay siege to Sudeten. Mantua fall to Astrian troops. Thuringen is back in Spanish control. We pay $36 for peace with the Papal State, we can now concentrate on Austria. We finally win over the rebel scum in Milan. The traders we sent to the Falklands fail. In December we lay siege to Wurtemberg.

In January we send settlers to Al Kharam and Zanzibar to christen the population. Aisen expands and a new group of settlers are sent. Don Juan dies during a battle in Tyrol. We win over Saxony and Austria in Tyrol and lay siege to the city. The settlers we sent to Bandung fails and a close battle with the natives follow. We are finally victorious after 3 weeks of fighting. Anhalt (Controlled by Saxony) falls to rebels and is now back in Spanish control.
In March we successfully establish a Trading Post in St. Helena. In April we loose to natives in Bandung and the entire colony is destroyed. Austrians again lay siege to Thuringen. Sudeten fall to Spanish troops. Hessen DoW Spain, they have no troops, so we do not take much notice of this for the moment. Both Zanzibar and Al Kharam are now good catholic communities.

In grey October we suffer a riot in Alsace, the rebels take control over the city. The Italian rebels take control over Luca. Tyrol becomes Spanish in a peace treaty with Austria. Hanover declares war the next day, the Germans cannot accept that we are at war with less then 3 countries at a time. We win over rebels in Oldenburg. Hanover lay siege to Anhalt.

In January the act of Tolerance is signed. Riots in Hostein and Hanover. The rebel scum in Hanover capture the city. Navarra declare its independence from Portugal. We win over rebels in Wurttemberg. We again win over the Turkish fleeing fleet, this time in the Bay of Naples. The proud Spanish Mediterranean Fleet now consists of 3 warships, but they managed to destroy the Turkish invasion of Italy. We loose a naval battle to England in Coast of Holland. We win over Mysore in Bangalore, over Algeria in Aragon and over rebels in Mantua.
In February we suffer a riot in Caniapiscau. Cyrenaican troops land in Italy and lay siege to Luca. We win over Hyderabad in Madras.
