Greetings all!

i was watching the last upload from Stellaris, and at the 7:45 mark I noticed something.

The Just league is bombing St. Knatchbull, and the Blorg try to rebuild the space port of Khersonia. So the Just league stops bombing St. to go and blow up the space station being constructed, when this happened Wiz (is that the name?) canceled the construction, making the just league fleet stop and head back to St. Knack to keep beating it.

So, if I have two planets could I ping pong enemy fleets like on this scenario? if so we should get a fix on it!!!

That's really just the AI being silly. Were it me, and I see them trying to construct a military station, I'd just keep bombing them, because I can bomb them, assault them, and take over their planet, and they'd still wouldn't finish that station. It take months to build one!

It's just the AI that isn't thinking it through. Good catch though.

That's still an exploit.

How's what I'm doing an exploit? It's a legit strategy.

Never said it wasn't.

The only exploit is that you get a full refund of resources when cancelling construction. Building a station and then destroying it shouldn't result in absolutely everything being salvageable. Otherwise I agree - building a decoy station is a legit strategy.

Read @Dr_Creeptor's post again--he's saying that if he were in the same position as the AI--the ATTACKER--he wouldn't have even bothered moving his fleet away from bombardment because construction of a station takes too long. You two probably confused him with the OP @Bacus because they use the same avatar.

What I want to know, who is this supposed Saint Knatchbull?
Patron Saint of Annoying Woodlands and Tile Blockers. He was martyred for pointing out that just because a planet is habitable, it doesn't mean the planet is good.
