Actually, I thought instead of a space game, PDS should had made an insect grand strategy game. You would control an insect colony and would manage diplomatic relationships with your ant workers and slaves, while organizing expeditions for ant invasions, and battle other ant queens for supremacy over the ant hill.

i always wanted a city sewage grand strategy game
you would be playing as rodent or shark or crocodiles

There's actually a flash game called bug wars that does that almost.
I was just going to suggest a space grand strategy game and saw Stellaris. Too late for my suggestion I guess.
I actually played that before. It was really more like a fast-paced risk on a tiny map more than anything PDS, let alone CK2.
