Soviet's "Claim the Straits" Focus bugged post update

The focus still works, however I feel they wouldn't claim all the land surrounding Istanbul but not Istanbul itself. Not a major problem obviously since it makes no difference in game, but still an oversight nonetheless

Something that shouldn't happen in a well established game company. Each time they add states, they leave behind broken focuses and events everywhere, and they don't bother to fix them.

All that was needed to avoid this was to open game's directory in total commander and search for 341.
