I wanted to know if someone could explain this.
I am trying several games as Democratic Japan. I win the civil war, form the WPTO, invite Korea, all that. Manchuria is independent and fascist. However, I notice that EVERY game I play as Dem. Japan, the USSR attacks Manchuria. This wouldn't be all that unreasonable, except that Germany invites Manchuria to the Axis, Germany gets embroiled in war with the USSR by 1938, and get absolutely kahooted before the game can get fun.
The USSR doesn't get a national focus against Manchuria, or now called "Imperial Kwantung Territories". I rarely if ever see an AI manually justify a claim before. Does the USSR fabricate its own claim, or do they get an event to attack Manchuria?
I wouldn't have too much of a problem with this if Germany didn't go potato and invite Manchuria into the Axis, or if Germany had the brains to not declare war on the Western Allies if embroiled in war with the USSR. I didn't pick Democratic Japan pick up a broom with Britain and America and mop up the blood stains.
