Tired of waiting the Allies to capture the last Japanese VP's,
i decide to crush their armies in Chukchia myself. They were stuck here for years,
but until now they were properly supplied and thus impossible to defeat.
And now they are either dead or dying from hunger,
so you can call it a "rescue" mission.
Marcus island is the last island not under the US control and within
my transport range. When my ships arrived i saw that Allies were already busy there,
raiding the convoys and bombing the garrison.
No wonder the Japanese resistance ended before my attack started.
And here's how the Pacific looks one month after the capture of Marcus island.
As you can the see Allies are all over the place:
The last Japanese victory points are located in the former Dutch colonies.
It will take at least few more months for the Allies to take them, after the Japanese
beach garrisons [ if any ] die from hunger and suicide.
But the fact, that Japanese have no industry, no supplies, no oil and no army,
doesn't stop them from sinking everything the USN throws at them.
The war with Japan is coming to an end, but another war is reaching its climax - the propaganda war.
Millions of trees are cut and made into anti-something posters.
American warmongers, secretly supported by the US Federal Reserve,
to whom war equals money, try to scare their people into thinking that war
with the Soviet Union is vital for their "security".
They make up hundreds of stories about "mass murders", "assassinations"
and "acts of terror" that Soviet Union carried out all over the world.
Soviet Union responds to these false statements claiming, that it is
a peace loving nation and says "NO" to war. But these posters are useless,
since they are directed only to the Soviet population,
who believes that Soviet Union is fighting for peace from day one.
And now it's time for some news, that aren't related to war:
Venezuela's head of state is murdered. Is CIA or KGB behind this one?
No one will ever know...
Swedish King Gustav V dies from old age [a rare outcome
in these troublesome times], leaving his son Adolf in charge.
Maybe Adolf will change his countrys attitude towards Soviet Union?

Marcus Island would make a wonderful base for NAV squadrons raiding the USN's Pacific transport lanes...
Do you plan to land on Borneo any time soon? Methinks you would be able to pull that one off much faster than the lazy Allies.

Grab as much land as possible and bring Asian nations to the light from the thumb of imperialistic-capitalists. Release China, Japan, if possible later - Indonesia . May the nations of Asia revolt against capitalist-slavedealers.

and the end of the war. The crowds of cheering people flood the streets of Moscow,
even Stalin is forced to hide his disappointment with the outcome of the war.
But the IJN continued their fight in the seas until the news of unconditional surrender reached them.
Most of the captains destroyed their ships to prevent them from falling into the enemy hands.
The new borders of influence after the anexation of Japan: United Kingdom and US split the resource rich
Indonesia into two. Other Allied nations, like South Africa, Australia, Canada and Portugal, also received some land.
Of course Soviet Union, that suffered the most, achieved the most.
Resource rich Manchuria and IC rich Japan were certainly worth fighting for.
The long, long war with the Axis is finally over:
Emperor Hirohito was captured by the US marines in Vella Lavella while Tojo
and many other high ranking Japanese generals performed suicide or died fighting.
Those captured, were sent to the Japanese internment camps back in USA.
Mussolini escaped to South America and opened a small pizzeria.
His childhood dreams finally came true - Italians are opera singers and cooks,
not generals and soldiers.
Meanwhile Hitler, despite many attempts to locate him, disappeared from the face of the Earth.
Some think that he is still hiding in the mountains of China, others claim seeing him in the Middle East,
accompanied by his new followers. None of these theories were confirmed.
The goal of this AAR was achieved the day that Berlin fell,
but the unexpected aggression from the East prolonged the war.
Now the enemy is defeated and after 9 years of fighting
soldiers can finally return home to their families.
Allies and comintern are at their peak of power, both military and industrial.
But what will happen now, that the war is over? What to do with all those tanks,
planes and ships? The tensions are higher than ever, but another war
is more than Soviet Union could handle.
And when i was considering disbanding half of my army
and finishing this AAR with a historical "Cold War" scenario,
here's what happened:

The Americans show their true colours. It is time to rid them of those colours and replace them all with red. Hopefully you have everything you need to fight them in position, for having the enemy touch the motherlands soil would not be bareable.
But I fear he didn't have the time to bring his Asian troops into battle formation. :wacko:
