Ive recently played several games as Germany from the 1941 start and onwards all apart from the 1943 start and in all of them the Soviets seem to have a problem with their production.
The problem is that they dont produce anything apart from what they are allready producing at the start of the scenario.
Only in my 1941 start did they started to produce land units afther about 6 months and ofcourse by that time it was to late to make any real diffrents.
I dont know if this is working as intended but it made the 1941 start very easy afther i made the first encirlements.
