The Soviet in 1944 seems weaker, as always don't reach the new germany's area. And unable to make the DDR.

I've had the same problems with releasing the DDR or the FRG. I'm able to release it when I occupy all of Germany but don't annex it. When I annex it, suddenly the FRG and the DDR disappear of my list of nations I can liberate.

Also, the Finland take very long time to overcome.

Weird, usually it gets owned in a month or so. If it survives the Winter War, it gets totally owned in Barba. I mean even the Soviet troops have more org in -41 than the Finns...

But IRL Finns weren't forced to peace out until March 1940 in the Winter War, and September 1944 in the Continuation War (Barba).
