1. The US capital should move after the CS wins, even if all the border states aren't ceded. I doubt the Yanks would want to have their whole government in the shadow of Rebel guns. A 45%-45% choice for either Philly or New York, and a 10% for Chicago?
2. If the US or CS goes extremist (monarchy, commie or fascist), the border states have a chance to switch sides.
3. Further secessionist disruptions in a US that loses the war? Merge Cali and Columbia to make a west coast revolter and use the extra tag for a heartland one.

3) I've always rejected the Yankee notion that the rest of the country was in any danger of splitting up if the South won. Just not enough cultural differences to sustain another nation, at least among the whites.

--Enabled the 1881, 1914, and Interwar events for the Grand Campaign scenario.
--The Arizona and New Mexico provinces are now divided north-south. The CSA starts the 1861 scenario with the former, and the Union the latter. (Note: If you're not playing this mod as the CSA and prefer the existing provincial division, just delete the Province file in the Southern Revolutions/db directory before activating the mod.)

Oh yea, just another little side note while im typing, your Armagedon mod replaced your DD one right? So will it work without Armagedon? Also, I got the Yellow Press and the sinking of the CSA Arkansas in 1891, is that supposed to happen since the text says it happend in Febuary 1898?
