For the 2nd time my USA is flawed it's early 1862 and the ACW never fired I always choose Abolitionists Arguments Prevail whenever I could figuring that would make the South in more angry and quicken the Republican election but it still doesn't work what is the key to Lincoln's election.

You need the Republican party in power, try setting voing right to wealth I believe as they vote for them.

Make sure you go for Abolitionist and Free State arguments in Compromise of 1850 and the Kansas-Nebraska Act.

I am playing regular 1.4 but I believe my problem is because I change my voting rights to suffrage. I always to pro-abolitionist choices, in order to make the south mad. Thanks for your help I'll try again.
