South American Region licenses + Nuuvem question

There is a licensed online vendor in Brazil, Nuuvem which caters for Brazilian and other South American gamers. They acquire their keys direct from the publishers. Their products are region locked to South America or even just Brazil in some cases, which makes sense as it helps curtail key reselling between poorer and wealthier regions of the globe.

Now, let me explain my circumstance and my question. Most of my paradox games have been purchased between 2011 and 2014 while i still lived in the UK. But I moved to Chile two years ago, applied for citizenship and have dual nationality. My steam account did a regional transfer to Chile and i know that went through as I am now unable to gift things from my inventory to my friends in UK which is fine. Again, systems designed to curtail key-reselling which i consider a good thing.

Now, I was considering getting monks and mystics for Crusader Kings 2 from nuuvem but could there be a compatibility issue if i bought the south american locked version due to having brought the original in Europe? Because I am effectively adding it to a game i purchased when i was still in the UK and i wonder if there may be a regional compatibility problem or not. I'm assuming that there isn't but would like to check here first.

I'm 99.999% sure that there's no different versions at all anymore and that the only difference lies in that some keys requires you to have an IP located in a certain geographical area whereas others don't.

Also keep in mind that the UK version won't be region locked and hence be like if you had purchased a full price key in Chile---if there were to be any issues, which as mentioned I'd be really surprised were the case, then it'd be with a base purchased in Chile and expansions in the UK while living in the UK.

Anyway you almost certainly won't get an official answer until tomorrow due to Easter. @TinyWiking ought to know the answer.

You shouldn't experience any problems with this since you did a regional transfer. What I'd suggest is to try and if it doesn't work request a refund . Steam will do it if you play less than 2 hours and if you buy it from us we can refund you just as easily.
