Well, that's it, right now if you are a south american nation the gold provices are the worse thing you have, 1x1 price is lower than almost everything you could produce in that land. It solves a problem, and even have some logical if you consider that pre-eropeians cultures did not gave value to gold before meeting the europeians, but after westernization the gold price should go to normal.
