How much of a hand will we be able to play in the liberation of these areas? Looking at a map, I only see the Dominican Republic declaring independence after 1835, in 1844. Besides, of course the UPCA, which I beleive we saw in one of the screenshots. But for example, is Bolivar still alive (and could he fight hehe:D ) Can Gran Colombia be reunited? I also see that Argentina lost the Falklands in 1833-maybe a territorial claim?

Will Patagonia be empty land? I seriously hope not, because I don't want to see French settlers there :(

Well, it looks like you'd have to use his ~4 year old zombie corpse. ;)

Also, I don't think that the (Gran) Colombia can be reunited though, at game release, other than by force... :D

Still, as you and others have mentioned, there's still plenty to do in Latin America...

Zombie forces are no good...oh well. Yeah I meant militariliy reunited Gran Colomiba, but maybe events if you can kinda make it start working? Maybe a tag?

By 1835 All the spanish/portugues countries in SA are independent. (unless you count patagonia)

However Peru/Bolivia are a confederation 'till 1839 (I wonder how they'll model this)
