Sources for the term "Demiurge"? (Plato or later)

Mostly asking for the dialogues of Socrates where that notion appears. Iirc it is there in Timaios, but i would like to know (and not from wiki, due to its issues with such details) if it is there in other texts as well so as to have a look

The Demiurge literally means 'public worker' (Demiourgos, from Demos and Ergon), and afaik was first used by Plato to signify a sort of lesser creator-being. The Gnostic theologians also used it, and for them (or some of them) the Demiurge was a lesser and evil deity, a sort of insane animal-like being, which tried to mimic the creation of the higher god, so instead produced the material realm.
It also is tied to a form of over-Satan in some theologies. Eg the Devil is set as a lower, but conscious, evil being, trapped in the material plane, while the Demiurge is above it, a sort of twin-existence but also distinct, and is non-conscious but higher in importance.

As usual i need to look into this for a short story (but might try to use it in my phil seminars too).
