Sound stutter

Okay, i reup the issue as all paradox games i tried have this stuttering sound pb, ck2, eu4, city. I was not able to install UNi Xonar 1816/1823 v1.80a r3 because no compatible audio card was detected. And i am starting to despair.
Asus G20
Intel Core i7-4790 3.6 ghz
8 GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 graphics cards (4 GB memory)
Win 10 64 Bit (no longer 8.1)
(drivers updated ; audio realteck drivers)
Multimedia cards :
Intel Corporation 9 Series Chipset Family HD Audio Controller
NVIDIA Corporation GM204 High Definition Audio Controller
So apparently, two materials make sound, nvidia and Intel (realtek drivers) ? Is there a possible conflict ? Should i eventually buy a sound card to sort things out ? If so, what do you advise ?
