"Sort by" feature for pilots

is it at all possible to add a 'sort by' to the pilot roster?
im thinking sort by points increasing/decreasing so i can continuously add my weaker pilots into rotation without having to examine each one first!

I want them sorted by total XP points, I especially want this on the deployment screen, I often find myself with two identically skilled pilots on this screen, but I know one has more XP than the other so I have to back out to the Barracks again to work out which is which.
