With the fledgling world power of the United States desperately trying to save itself from economic destruction, the lands of Europe and Asia slowly falling into the hands of Empires seeking to rule entire continents, who will rise to unite the western hemisphere?

Purest white and deepest crimson overflowing from Atlantic to Pacific and from Pole to Pole. As the world burns, no one will stop the northern behemoth. First was the United States that would bend the knee while the tropical isles and the continental center would follow. Not even the highest mountains nor the deepest jungles would prevent The True North from bringing the world into submission.

Soon only Canada will rule the waves. Soon only Canada will stand strong and free. Once they were sorry, but soon you will be.

What's your strategy I wonder? Conquering USA in the early game with Britain used to be easy, but Canada, eh? I'm not sure it really has the divisions.

It's always tricky invading USA from Canada, mainly because most(all?) Of Canada's victory point cities are right on the border...a few penetrations or a well placed armored division can spell a quick defeat.

When going the other way around, you always have to start with Boston and New York and work your way down further south. Trouble is you can conquer half the country and they'll still have more IC than you...

Hm. I was born in Maine, and we had a bloodless border dispute over a hundred years ago with the Canadians.

Interestingly, it resulted in the British Empire ceding their original claims of Aroostook County in the north of the State to the Americans.

Basically, the Canadians (and the British, by extension) have bent the knee for the past 200 years (since the War of 1812) to the United States in North America.

(This is also when my family became American citizens and lost their status as British subjects. How would you feel if one day some guy rode up on a horse and said "Hey guys, you're all American now. Go vote and stuff, despite the fact half of you speak French.")
