Well, when you will earn enough money, it is possible to make sacrifice to gods....
In game it in a bookmark of religion, a picture of a pig and a knife. Having pressed this button, stability will increase...

Btw, in the further, Demi Moderators can demand from you to register the game, you are able to do it, having typed a key in My Games/Registrations, the key should is in a box from your game...

Have you been declaring war without a Causus Belli? Or declaring war on nations paying you a tribute? Or changing your national ideas? These will cause a drop in stability. I think the only things that will raise it are random events that you have no control over, or you can spend a ton of money and perform a sacrifice, through the omens menu I believe.

To conquer an enemy territory:

1) Defeat any army in the province. (Must be at war to do this.)
2) Seige the city, and win. At this point, the territory will show up in stripes between your territory and theirs. It is occupied but will not be yours until you reach an agreement with your enemy.
3) Open the diplomacy menu, send a diplomat to your enemy to 'Sue for Peace'. Demand Tribute, and one of the things you can demand is any territories you've conquered.

Note that to take an enemies last core province, you need to start the war with them having been down to only one, then instead of Demanding Tribute, you can Annex.
