soooo has anyone ever become dragonborn in their game?

No, altough i have been assassinating dragonborns just to get a Nordic one!
The changes are just so extremely narrow. (One might argue that the players ruler is the "hero" of the story, and so he should have higher change to be the Dragonborn, i mean its not like the AI can form the Tamrielic Empire.)

I haven't become Dragonborn myself yet, however I did have a game a while back where after 200 years nearly half of the humans on the map were descended from the Dragonborn.
i actually have once, i had a ruler designed guy up in the frozen hored, he was just some plain nord with dragon cult religion. yeah i was living up there hapily having tons of children, had like 30 or so i think lost count at age 40 lol. and when my old king nord guy was like 70 years old, i just got the dragonborn trait, and all my chldren got the descendant trait. i think it might have extended my nords life because he lived till he was 130 untill he died of an infected wound. i dont know how i bacame, probly just the random chance when the current one died.
i personally prefer to not wait to become dragonborn so i try to breed with whoever the dragonborn is if possible.. that said i normally get a lot of wrong religion wrong species dragonborns
yeah I always try to breed with the dragonborn in my games, I think in my current one almost all ~100 alive members of my family have the dragonblood trait
Dragonborn can be any (mortal) species, and by extent I assume religion, given that not everyone worships the Eight/Nine Divines (for example, the Khajit do not). Otherwise Skyrim would just have the Nords in the character creator.

He means for example an Argonian dragonborn and he's playing a Khajiit. They can't interbreed.
Happened to my char once in one of the earlier versions. Not sure why and how exactly.
Happened to me while playing an Argonian warlord. It felt pretty awesome, I wasn't in prison, but I had high stats and mostly good traits.
Had it as a nord in prison.
Broke out later and took my revenge

To be honest, I always suspected of M'aiq being a Dragonborn anyway. Or mantling the Khajit version of Lorkhan or whatever.
