Sons children lowborn

No idea how this happened but I pressed my only sons claims as Emir of Saville on the Emirate of Majorca. Then later when I died and he took over (for a while he was independent) I get the popup that I have no dynastic heirs. And low and behold all my 3 or 4 sons with my multiple wives are low born???

He is the only son and heir of the abbadid emirate at game start he had multiple different wives but all gave lowborns

The Emir of Seville at 1066 start has one son, who has 1 daughter and 3 sons. All of his and the Emirs dynasty.

Also the son does not have any claims. I'd suggest uploading savegame of this.

hasnt happened since may have been a one off.
