An excellent advertisement for the joys of backing up your work!
Good luck getting everything sorted, and congrats on the ACA win! Very well deserved.

Hope everything gets sorted out without too much fuss
Oh, how causality was thought to be unbreakable
But this proves otherwise.
I wonder if there are other "truths"
That are not as concrete as we had believed?
A vault of awe though deep in space
Not deep enough, the planet's core
The builders seek although their race
Will disappear forevermore
Beware the curse of the galactic treasure chest!![]()
A mysterious tomb
Left for no discernible reason
Why was this? Why?
That question remains unanswered,
But an answer is wanted.
We shall search for answers,
Although they might not be found.
A galaxy united
Though only half it seems
If a harmonious chorus
It'd be the stuff of dreams
But if instead a tool of war
Oppression and despair
The Saiiban may regret at last
Their great celestial dare
A shame that recycling looks a non-starter;
The galaxy prefers to exchange and to barter.
But all the same, good to see
wider diplomacy.
Let's hope they don't scrap it all
in some fight over capital.
A galaxy united
But for how long?
And for what purpose?
These questions are troubling indeed.
Will this song be peaceful?
Will it be united?
If so, what individuality shall remain?
Too much could lead to a discordant harmony,
But too little could lead to a loss of identity.
How fun exchanging pleasantries
With a machine that counts infinities.
Such a device makes thinkers sing
In despair rather than joy for
The final answer it may bring
Desired or not upon our door
For if all matters are revealed
And none are left to seek
Then what more can we wield
That would make us unique
We are of existence
So we cannot contemplate it objectively
Feelings will always shroud our minds
And that will lead to an incomplete definition.
These machines will fail.
Indeed, they must.
They have - and will - only exist for a fraction of infinity.
What answers on foreverness can they gain if they do not last forever?
