Song Archon in chapter 1

I ran into the Song Archon in chapter 1 at the Chorus camp on the way to the spire, and I believe there is a reason for her inclusion, but I can't seem to do anything with her quest or lore wise. Am I missing some flag toggles before there is a meaningful reason to speak with her?
