Normally, this would be an excellent time to look deeply into how our industry is forming, but our finances are indeed terrible.

Instead, we shall continue to simply expand factories in provinces that are nearing full employment (( all but one pip )). If we can instead invest in existing capitalist plans to expand or build new factories, we should instead do that.

Chief of Staff Unger,

Here are the lands, as claimed by Germany.

As presently constituted, Pomerania is divided into three provinces: Köslin, Deutsch Krone, and Kolberg. We have claims on two of those; however, if we did choose to leave Deutsch Krone as an independent state, it would be consumed by Poland, as Poland has a claim on it. It is better to have Pomerania be in German hands, as I know the Foreign Minister agrees.

I propose that the navy use its ships to blockade the Pomeranian coast. I once again give control of the transports and their escorts to Herr Unger, but I doubt they will be necessary.

3rd Army - Will move north and fight the enemy army. Once they are destroyed they will start on the eastern most territory moving west.
18th Army - Will move north and capture lands from the west moving east.

Surely we are not the only men who have noticed a quiet proposal for an extra annexation in the Deputy Chief of Staff's briefing? To be clear, I do not mean to malign the gentleman himself; I am sure he acts with the approval of his political masters. But the fact is, reclaiming German territory now includes snapping up any other odds and ends that might be lying around. What next, conquer Scandinavia?
