Or Crusader Kings Z.

At this point I will be really pissed if it isn't a migration period DLC. I never thought they would actually do it, but the evidence is in and my hopes are finally up...
What about migration mechanics, relook at enhancement of all religions for everyone in the base game financed by a CK Z DLC!
Everyone should be happy but rages!
I'm quite excited for this. Would have preferred a religious revamp if you asked me originally but this might be even better thinking about it. One question though, is this going far back as that implies (5th century), how are you going to portray the rise of Islam without alienating Muslim players. Muhammad would have to be a character if this was so, and thus you have two problems. The first is at the moment, he dosen't have a picture if you follow the Sayyid line back to he, himself, in line with Islam's rules about iconography. If we were to be a character in 'in-game time' he'd have to be represented by a human likeness which will be an anathema to most Muslims. The second question is even more worrying. In CKII characters can pick a variety of traits that wouldn't be seen in the Islamic world as complimentary (drunkard and possessed being but two). It's one thing if Saladin or Bayburs picks up those traits in-game play, its another thing if Muhammad himself does so.
Such a shame. We just had a pagan DLC and now we're getting another one?
Not to mention that it would heavily affect regular start dates. While playing in the Migration Era would be awesome, it would probably require the biggest DLC to date to pull off convincingly. TOG and SoI focused on a specific religion, The Republic focused on a specific form of government and LoR is retinues plus Byzantine/Roman flavour (SI is even smaller, it's essentially a few events with probably a couple of minor mechanic changes to support them). Doing something on that scale for the migration period would be half-arsed, IMO—to accurately represent the migrating barbarians, nomading and settled/settling, plus the politics of the late Roman Empire, plus mechanics related to various new religions (Islam as an emerging religion, Christianity being much less defined, Zorastrianism as a very powerful force, hopefully various lesser religions like Judaism, Mithraism, Manichaeism, etc), plus probably some things I forgot...yeah, it would take the biggest overhaul to CKII by a long shot.
Then we have a Renaissance DLC for sureWhat if that is the sack of Constantinople and not Rome?
Well, if the picture on FB is an honest clue, it can only be two things. One of them is the Migration Period. Not to mention that it would heavily affect regular start dates.
It simply can't be Dark Ages DLC. And it won't....
